Unlike standard retail products, every refurbished laptop goes through a Final Quality Check (QC) before packaging to ensure it meets our standards.

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and tested within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We strive to deliver your products as quickly and safely as possible.

  • Standard Shipping: Free for all orders above [Amount].
  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee.
  • Estimated Delivery:
    • Metro Cities: 3-5 Business Days
    • Rest of Country: 5-7 Business Days

3. Packaging & Safety

Laptops are delicate electronics. We use industrial-grade bubble wrap and secure laptop boxes to ensure zero damage during transit. All packages are insured against theft and damage during shipping.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on our website under the Track Order section.

5. Damages During Transit

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with:

  • Do not accept the delivery from the courier.
  • Take photos of the box and contact us immediately.
  • If you accept a damaged box without reporting it instantly, the insurance claim may be rejected.
