Once your order is successfully placed, your refurbished laptop will be delivered within 3-4 business days (depending on location).

Order Tracking

We believe in keeping you updated every step of the way:

Tracking ID: After dispatch, a Tracking ID will be sent to you via Email or SMS.
Real-Time Status: You can use this ID to track the live location of your shipment.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout. However, for most locations across India, Lenovo Refurbished Laptops offers Free Shipping as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Delivery Address Guidelines

To ensure on-time delivery, please provide an accurate address including:

Complete House/Flat Number.
Correct Street Name & Landmark.
Valid PIN Code & Phone Number.

Note: Incorrect addresses may lead to shipping delays or additional charges.

⚠️ Important: Inspection Upon Delivery
We strongly advise customers to inspect the package for physical damage at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage to the box or product, report it to the delivery partner immediately and contact our support team within 24 hours.

Non-Serviceable Areas

For remote locations or areas not serviceable by standard couriers, delivery may take longer than 4 days. In such cases, our team will inform you promptly and work towards a suitable alternative solution.
