At Lenovo Refurbished Laptops, we are committed to delivering high-quality commercial series laptops. Our policies are designed to ensure a transparent process for returns, replacements, and services across India.

20-Day Return & Replacement Policy

Our customers enjoy the flexibility of a 20-day Return and Replacement Policy. We aim to provide a hassle-free process with clear conditions.

  • No Questions Asked: You can return or replace the laptop within 20 days of the invoice date without needing an explanation.
  • Invoice Date-Based: The 20-day period begins strictly from the invoice date. After this period, the laptop is covered under our 3-Year Warranty Policy.
  • Refund Timelines: Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of approval and credited within 7-10 days to the original payment method.
  • Replacement Flexibility: If a specific replacement model is unavailable, you can choose an alternative model or opt for a full refund.

Conditions for Return (Eligibility)

To qualify for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

⚠️ Important: Security Shield & Stickers
Each laptop comes with a security shield and manufacturer stickers. If these are removed, tampered with, or damaged, the laptop will NOT be eligible for return or replacement.
  • Physical Condition: The laptop must be free of physical damage. Please inspect the device thoroughly upon delivery.
  • Liquid & Electric Damage: Laptops damaged due to liquid spills or electric short-circuits post-delivery are not eligible.
  • Charger: Must be in working condition (unless damaged by short-circuit).

Price Adjustments

If you choose a replacement model that is more expensive, you will pay the difference. If it is cheaper, Lenovo Refurbished Laptops will refund the difference to your account.

How to Request a Return

  1. Raise a Request: Visit the Support section on lenovo-refurbished-laptops.com or email us with your invoice number.
  2. Inspection: Our technical team will inspect the laptop to confirm eligibility.
  3. Resolution: Upon approval, refunds are processed within 48 hours, or replacements are dispatched immediately.
